Saturation Vs Satisfaction

This topic, I have come across, a very interesting exploration by Dr Nitaisevini Mataji, a ISKCON inspirational speaker. I am going through a very similar stage of life, and this video just supported in the way I was looking for.

Why it is our requirement, or what changes it is bringing in my life?

Saturation attribute of life or our personality more points that there is plenty and having more will satisfy my senses but how is it possible, when you don’t know where to stop.

How I found it relevant, when I applied in my life whether I am satisfied or saturated. I checked the fact that if my life was different or people around me ,then I wouldn’t have been so enthusiastic, or so keen to know more about life in general. All the conditions or people have nurtured me so far, and still motivating me to be focused in defining the

” Purpose of Life”

Thinking this, is bringing more acceptance and really what more I can ask for? This insightful check about satisfaction, it can bring lots of benefits, make the best of this life bargain whether you consider it good, bad, hard work and so many names that we keep doing it.

Insight Thoughts

Hello Friends

I am so sorry ,writing after long time, lots of things happened in the mean time, as I am moving towards more Krishan consciousness, a lot is happening and I needed time to absorb it. My personal life is changed to the level ,that in addition to leaving caffeine, I have left eggs, also onion and garlic as Krishna doesn’t like it. This is all to please Krishna. This is the result due to reading more gita, things are changing so fast. All I can say that this also due to listening my Guru Mother Shri Radhika KripaJi as well.

My obeisance to her.

Those who are Hindi speakers, I would definitely recommend to listen her lectures on you tube, she also sometimes does zoom lessons in English, check her Facebook page. The chapter 5 and 6 are elaborate explanation of Karma and Dhyana(focus) Yoga. Krishna explained to Arjuna that there are numerous types of yoga but if all this not moving towards to Supreme consciousness, then you will just end up in hard work all the time.

Yoga means process of linking oneself with Supreme. Such person should know his constitutional position as the living entity and act accordingly. The living entity has no separate identity, we are marginal energy of Supreme.

Life without strategy end up in hard work.

All types are simply useless, if someone doesn’t realise what is his eternal quality which is ” we are eternal servants of Krishna”.

Some lines from Bhagwad-Gita Chapter 6 Text 36

For one whose mind is unbridled, self realisation is difficult work. But he whose mind is controlled and who strives by appropriate means is assured of success.

Means : Trying to practice yoga while engaging the mind in material enjoyment is trying to ignite a fire while pouring water on it. Yoga without mental control is waste of time, such show may be material lucrative but useless as far as spiritual realisation is concerned, that’s why one must control mind by engaging in loving service of Supreme Lord.

“As It Is”

As I am reading more and more Bhagwad Gita , I am becoming more enlightened person. This book is simply I feel a “Love letter from Krishna”. My usual habit used to be always jumping to chapters not reading Introduction part but this time don’t know I was inclined towards first read Introduction part. I am so glad that I read and understood the importance of taking book in right comprehension guidelines. The overall summary is that I start with first is that “Bhagwad -gita is not an ordinary book, it has power to change our conditioned thinking.

Introduction introduces meaning of Santana-eternal. The supreme lord and we are eternal and combination association of the Supreme Lord and the living entities is the perfection of human life.

Every living being is rendering service to another living being in various capacities that’s why living entity enjoys life. For eg mother serves son, wife serves husband, the husband serves wife and so on . The book intelligently concludes that rendering of service is the constant companion of living being, it is eternal religion of living being, and yet we claim belong to particular faith like Hindu, Muslim, Christian, Buddhist, labelling is non-eternal.

Factually we are related to Supreme Lord in service, the supreme lord is the enjoyer & we are his servitors. Krishna clearly says that “Arjuna(warrior & friend) ,simply just fix your mind on me, with your activities, intelligence dedicated to me , you will simply be free from all sins, pious karma concluding free from hell/heaven desires and you will attain me.

Krishna’s whole communication pattern was not to discourage from doing karma ,as one has to work in the world but offering fruits of karma to Krishna you are simply free from ups & downs & become eligible to be in supreme abode i.e. Peaceful & Happy.

Hari Bol.

Each day when I wake up, I just wake up in happiness that what more insights, what more revelations this book will give me that will just transform things. I hope you enjoyed this blog post. I simply wish the way “Gita” is bringing daily dose of happiness, it brings in your life as well, why to wait for this beautiful song from Krishna for us.

I am posting the link to order the books /or you can also be part of ISKCON book distribution campaign as well. Liked the post ,please press the like, subscribe button for upcoming post. Thank you so much for reading.

“As It Is”

I wonder that when I started this journey “As It Is”, that moment/day must be very special moment because it has taken an extremely beautiful and meaningful turn. I am reading this book at present and I am loving it. But why this book, it matches to my to the concept/philosophy that I have been exploring and the most important thing is that I clearly felt that life is too short and why not do that you really care for yourself and for others.

After battling for about 10 days with covid-19 infection, along with my husband was simply an eye opener. At one point, I felt that “Why this to me “? I again paused and listened the voice inside .”This could have been worse, at present you are in this much fitness that you can cook and clean”. This is not on ordinary situation, this deadly virus has taken millions of lives around the whole, businesses have turned upside down and yet you have survived so well.

To be very honest, this disease brought so much purification in my life, that I never thought of before. I feel that this is the right time to read the pre-ordered book and spread the awareness, that we are truly eternal entity. At present, I am reading the introduction part which is clear explanation that we are eternal beings.

Faith can change, a Hindu may change faith to become Christian or Muslim or vice-versa but in all circumstances the change of religious faith doesn’t affect the eternal occupation of rendering services to others.

I will be bring more good points (attached with possibly a story).Till then, I am attaching the two links to know more about book distribution or to order one. I hope visiting these links will provide will give the answers that you are looking for.

Insight Thoughts

Hello Readers, I am back again to talk more about “As it is”. This time I am feeling “As it is ” is seeping deeply in me. I would elaborate in the sense my reaction level has gone down by 80%.
A story will support it. Today in morning, when my husband left to drop my elder son to school, so straightway as per my plan, I went outside to clean my car. I have been thinking about for long time. During the cleaning, the old recycled thoughts took over my mind that I did ask my husband to get that fully professional clean but he didn’t do it, then I observed it multiplied into fault finding process. I said to myself” Hang On”, I think, I should be just cleaning the car.

I should see the full picture as well. He loves cooking, he loves spending time with children, he takes care of kids homework. As soon as, I finished the chore, I checked my Instagram, I saw this quote.

“Taking responsibility of one own’s action is the step towards understanding Karma” by Dandapanillic. The quick acceptance of the way he is, mind is not reacting anymore, assisting to see the full picture. As the result, the introspective mind turned questions turning towards me, like the way I grew up or what type of personality I am, to be honest it was feeling very satisfactory & fulfilling inside instead of external factors, I was assessing internal factors.

There is one tool, I am using to develop focus which is beads. Every morning and evening I am chanting mantra on beads, this is helping me slowly build impeccable way of making sense of life. So, what is your story, anything you have recognised in your life to exercise “As it is”.

Eager to listen story, see pic or any video that you use to practice “As it is”. I am thinking to launch painting shop on “As it is” campaign, what you think.

Drama Review”Bhaage Re Man Part2″

The introduction of season-2 mainly has the beginning of her puzzled love story and how it took shape from admitting love to overcoming all the hurdles to reach the wedding point. The season-2 is not available on Netflix but it is available to watch online,I have shared a link in the end.

Padmini is fully set in house and not just that she takes charge of responsibility of the whole house due to sudden demise of her beloved sister-in-law,also get busy with relaunching business(nearly sinking ship) as well ,for which her friend makeover consultant Rudra get called in.In between of all this sudden unexpected entry of Riya(wife of Raghav, left 14 years ago) intrinsically pushed her to admit the love for Raghav.

Definitely it has very common pattern like other dramas, what holded me due to number of reasons.First of all,I liked the immediate understanding that happens in relations here on mature level,no doubt Maa(mother of Raghav) contributed a good level of tension to keep padmini away, the wholesome padmini who always truly believe in herself and lastly out of my choice after long time ,I was enjoying a Tv-series for a reasonable time.

The media below is a small interview of Padmini(Karuna Pandey),reflecting her views on the character.

The link below has all videos of season-2

Feeling Blessed to be part of such a old Book(Letters to Friend)

This book is very old and Tagore’s hand writing along with an old stamp is absolute bonus ,feeling so lucky to borrow from the local library.

20191019_232431

I must say this book is deep work of consciousness. The writer’s acceptance of his inner and outer world with full grace, glorified situations on positive note every single time, with his all time favourite companionship of nature. So far I have read only around 40 pages but I can feel an intense stillness which made its path through acceptance and deep realisation of life. Before the actual chapters begin, there is an essay on personality of Tagore gives insight how he found his bonding with nature in its fullest expression. These lines showcases, how he witnessed silently

“Sometimes I would pass many months alone without speaking ,till the voice grew thin & weak due to lack of use”.

The essay summarises influencing factors and how Tagore’s consciousness progressed towards using literature for country’s well-being resulted in opening a school in the lap of nature named as “Shantiniketan”.This video gives a good presentation of the place’s art work with Bengali language in the background.

This line touched me“I know that I must pass through death.God Knows it is the death-pang that is tearing open my heart”.Tagore had given death a liberating and an eternal truth face, clearly reflects how much he was in pain when surrounded by death of family members. As an artist,he took death as clay and moulded completely into a different shape.

I completely feel that I would be hunting lots of words to do full justice with the book review in the next post.

The Post Office(A boy’s paradise to be life)

I am starting this blog with an apology for all the readers because they might find this review not capable to capture the level of vibrancy that this young boy Amal holds.

Despite of illness, the boy was full of enthusiasm/energy  talking to different people via room window. His conversations were full of questions & answers so joyfully that actually made other people felt so divine about their work which they considered not much value. The talkative boy whoever he met like curd man,flower-seller,took no time to imagine small small details like how curd yells to sell, how his wife make cow stand in morning must be ful of fun.

I felt the need to watch it as well and this video definitely does full justice to the reading, unfortunately this is not available with English subtitles.

My favourite part of story when he expressed his desire to be like the man whom he met seeking work carrying brass pot and pile of bamboo woods on his head.He clearly was even more excited if he fails to find work because then he can watch that tired man sitting under fig tree, washing his feet in river stream, eating his lunch,it simply implies writer’s message that whatever struggle time of life is there ,it has nothing to do with opportunity you can always create to sing in tune with life.

His ultimate desire to be postman to deliver king’s message of love to houses in different countries, represents the fact, he just wanted to be ambassador of profound life unblocking our limited view towards normal daily small and simple things  of life.

Buy/Borrow:I am posting the affiliate link to book or it can be borrowed from the library.

Dhai Aakhar Prem Ka Review(shesh rokkha)

This simple, comedy story written by Rabindranath Tagore is must watch episode of TV series Stories by Rabindranath Tagore.I tried to look for book but can’t find it,even though searched by original name of  Shesh Rokkha of story, but I couldn’t stop myself to post my views when I watched the story on TV.

I liked the slow-pace start of the story in which all poetry lovers gathered in chandrakath’s house ,taking dips in poetry and the way chandrakath’s wife turned around looking slightly miffed offering them rice snacks on lunch time despite of that how lovingly he asked her “What is this”?The fun part starts from the name confusion and how the characters play around, doing poetry for their lovers and in between all that the newly wed Binod Kamal observe in what ways they are different.

This preview of 7 minutes will provide wings to imagination about its beauty.

My favourite part is when kamal had a quick turn as soon as she stepped out of room after serving binod tea ,she saw binod pouring tea in plants, too good.At last when all the confusion got resolved, the end challenge was how to pacify parents genuinely asked to clear all this mess.

I must say when this book was written,it still seems to be very relevant nowadays, especially the characters of women. I can’t find the book but posting the link of classic short stories about women that would generate more idea/excitement of Tagore’s treasure chest of stories.

Classic Short Stories About Women – by Rabindranath Tagore: translated from the original Bengali by
